I read on a website about how to gradually become a vegetarian, so I'm gonna take a few of those pointers. The site said to write down what you feel before eating meat, then after. Well tonight I have kfc (which I haven't had in oh maybe 4 years?) and before I kept thinking about how I wanted to become vegetarian. After I ate it...well right now I feel kinda sick at the thought of eating chicken. Seriously. But what I eat for lunch a lot is packaged romen (school lunch) and that also involves chicken. So maybe I'll have to take alternatives to school like peanut butter and jelly or I don't know...haha. I think at first I'll start eating my romen like usual and have an alternative one day. Then you 2 days and so on. But there's something nagging at me. I'm sorta questioning whether I'll stick to this or what. But I have confidence I myself that by taking these little steps that I can achieve my goal in the future! :]
